    In the light of GB/T 19001-2008 Quality Management System Requirements, on the basis of process way, and according to its actual conditions, the company follows the eight quality management principles, determines the processes needed by quality management system, including design/development, production, checking, and service, and also establishes the documentary quality management system.

    In the process of establishing documentary quality management system, the company makes identifications from the following processes and determines the running order and mutual relationship of quality management system:

a. Make analysis on processes related to clients, design/development, raw material purchase, production, check, and service, and work out stipulations in the form of documents.

b. Identify the supporting process of product formation: in identification, the company aims at products meeting needs of clients and requirements of laws and formulates quality principles and objectives adapting to the market. To realize the objectives, it works out and implements the quality management system documents and related management system with its unique characteristics on the basis of quality management system planning and according to requirements of GB/T 19001-2008.
