Product----application field
As a fast developing high-tech company, VAW has long been innovating with keen determination, and its product and technical service range from oil field in the beginning to today’s fields of oil exploration (ocean oil), nuclear monitoring, satellite, war industry, aerospace and aviation. The variety of products have developed from the imitation switch power into digital switch power in different fields, such as high temperature DC/DC series with independent intellectual property rights, military DC/DC series, high voltage module series, economical high temperature and high voltage power applicable to civil use.
Product---quality control
Quality control in the process of product production is the core of all work, so we equipped with professional test facility from raw material test to finished product test.
With the increasing development of technology, the requirement of product design is improving as well. The selection of electronic components has changed from passive selection to independent design and special high temperature manufacture, developing series of special electronic components for work temperature power. “Comprehensive aging system of discrete device”, “High temperature aging system of capacitor”, “High temperature dynamic aging system of integrate circuit”, “Test system of semiconductor discrete device” have been taken aging selection with the packaged electronic components of various types to ensure that each raw material is qualified. “High temperature aging system of power module” has been taken high temperature constant-current aging and life tests. Quality of the product is guaranteed by supervising at each level.
Scientific management---ERP management system
In order to realize scientific management, our company introduced in ERP management system in 2007. The ERP system was designed for the sake of modern management module of enterprise and realized management of the whole workflow for the company from production plan to raw material procurement, from operation scheduling to material withdrawal production, from final inspection to distribution and terminal distribution in a way of different system modules. ERP system integrates production process and distribution process, which provides company with intensive management plan integrating logistics, information and capital flow enabling company to rationally allocate resources (including personnel, goods, capital, equipment and information), and bringing the advantage of enterprise resources into full play. ERP system can also enable departments to timely complete work with high quality, and make strategies of adjusting resources according to customer order and production status to realize all-round control, timely feedback and dynamic coordination so that customer order will be completed timely and quickly.
Public welfare course---donation, prepare to establish Hope Primary School
With the increasing development of VAW, the company still remembers well its social responsibility and actively devotes to public welfare undertaking. After 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake, the staff of the company donated money and goods, and leaders even went to earthquake-affected area in Shaanxi Province, donating money and preparing to establish Hope Primary School.
